1 - Grand Re-Opening

The Cloud 9 employees are rushing to finish re-building the store in time for its Grand Re-Opening. Amy and Jonah confront their awkward kiss; Glenn discovers something about himself; Garrett avoids Jonah; Mateo worries about the voicemail he left on Jeffs phone; and Dina meets her match.

1 - Olympics

A Cloud 9 Olympics promotion gives Amy the chance to meet her childhood hero, gold medal-winning gymnast Missy Jones. Meanwhile, storewide Olympic fever causes Glenn to have some difficulty balancing his extreme patriotism, Jonah to learn a secret about Mateos past and Dina strives to create a closing ceremony her colleagues will never forget.

1 - Pilot

Jonah begins his first day on the job at big-box store Cloud 9 and immediately starts a rocky relationship with floor supervisor Amy when he comes off as elitist and mistakenly marks appliances for only a quarter. He is also the romantic target of aggressive assistant manager Dina, whose bible is the employee code of conduct. Pregnant Cheyenne shares a memorable moment with her boyfriend, Bo.

1 - Back to School

On their first day back from suspension, Amy and Jonah steel themselves for a barrage of jokes and snide comments about their sex video, while Jeff goes to extreme lengths to win back Mateo.

1 - Cloud 9.0

Amy tries to help her employees cope with Mateos ICE detention - and with the introduction of a new robot co-worker that makes them fear they could be replaced.

1 - Essential

During the coronavirus pandemic, Amy and Jonah try to bring order to the chaos in Cloud 9 while being pulled in multiple directions. The employees learn what it means to be heroes, while Amy and Jonahs impending move to California looms large.

2 - Brett Is Dead

Amy worries that Dina may be struggling with anxiety while Jonah tries to find out more about Garretts past. Meanwhile, Mateo and Cheyenne avoid work by convincing Glenn that they were close with Brett.

2 - Strike

The staffers go on strike, but Amy and Jonah make things worse by negotiating with corporate. The ambitious Mateo regrets going on strike and sneaks back into the store. Garrett meets a sightly woman on the picket line.

2 - Magazine Profile

Store manager Glenn gets overly excited when the Cloud 9 corporate magazine, Stratus, is interested in a story. The reporter, Cynthia, is more focused on Jonah, however, and the two develop a more-than-business relationship, which Amy had suspected. Garrett does his best to avoid be photographed for the magazines cover. Cheyenne asks her boyfriend, Bo, to come up with a corporate jingle to help earn money to pay expenses for their upcoming baby.

2 - Baby Shower

Jonah helps Amy get creative to stock up on supplies for her new baby, while Glenn & Jerusha take maternity pictures that inspire Dina to have her own photo shoot – art-directed by Mateo.

2 - Testimonials

Amy attempts to gather glowing character testimony for Mateos immigration lawyer, but comes up short. Jonah plans an engagement party for Sandra, infuriating Dina, while Glenn and Marcus compete for Mateos old locker.

2 - California Part 2

As the Cloud 9 employees prepare to send Amy and Jonah off, Mateo and Glenn attempt to organise a video tribute and Dina searches for a new best friend.

3 - Part-Time Hires

When Amys daughter gets a job at Cloud 9, Amy turns to Jonah for advice on how to balance her parenting. Meanwhile, Garrett and Dina argue over who broke up with whom and Cheyenne tries to convince Mateo that the cute construction worker might just be flirting with him for store perks.

3 - Back to Work

Amy tries to wow corporate, but a workplace accident jeopardizes her efforts. Glenn attempts to impress the district manager by being a tough boss. Dina sets out to win over the employees. Mateo makes a discovery about Jeff.

Amy fights racial stereotypes, while Jonah learns why you should never lend a helping hand.

3 - Toxic Workplace

Amy and Jonah get combative to keep their new relationship hidden from their co-workers. Meanwhile, Glenn spirals when he learns Kelly wants to transfer to a new store, and Cheyenne struggles to organize a Cloud 9 carpool.

3 - Forced Hire

When Amy hires Dinas nemesis Colleen, Dina blackmails Garrett into making Colleens life a living hell. Jonah is forced to befriend Marcus in order to unionize the warehouse guys.

3 - Floor Supervisor

With the floor supervisor position available, Jonah decides to throw his hat in the ring, much to Dinas chagrin. Glenn and Mateo struggle to find the right balance in their working relationship. Garrett tries to prove hes been in love before.

4 - Workplace Bullying

Tensions arise among the employees after an attempted robbery, pitting Dina against Jonah. Meanwhile, Glenn has a tough time firing the store security guard, and Amy discovers that her coworkers have been hanging out without her.

4 - Guns, Pills and Birds

When Amy assigns an uncomfortable Jonah to the gun section of Cloud 9, Jonah abuses his right-to-refuse sale to anyone that causes concern, causing an open-carry protest to gather in the store. On principle, Glenn attempts to purchase all of the stores morning-after pills, but finds himself in a moral dilemma when he cant afford them. Dina, Garrett and Mateo hunt down a crow that has flown into the store.

4 - Mannequin

When Jonahs coworkers discover a mannequin that looks exactly like him, it quickly becomes everyones newest obsession. While doing his best to prove to Amy and everyone else that the teasing doesnt bother him, Jonah ends up doing the complete opposite. Elsewhere Cheyenne is thinking of putting her baby up for adoption, pitting Glenn and Dina against one another in a fight over who would make the better parent.

4 - Costume Competition

Amy and Mateo play dirty to win the employee costume contest after learning first prize is a paid day off; Garrett is tormented by the stores repetitive Halloween music; and Glenn fears hes being followed.

4 - Mall Closing

The local mall has closed, and while Amy and Dina are excited about the influx of new customers, they quickly realize theyre not all there to shop. Cheyenne learns shes not as cool as she thinks she is.

4 - Prize Wheel

On the day of Cloud 9s In-store-vaganza, Dina finally gets the chance to step up to the plate and run the store. Garrett and Cheyenne search for a mysterious smell. Jonah finds himself excited about a new opportunity.

5 - Sal's Dead

A dead body is discovered in the store on Halloween, throwing Glenn and Dina into a panic, and confusing the shoppers. Meanwhile, Amy and Garrett get into big trouble using a dating app on Jonahs phone.

5 - Spokesman Scandal

When Cloud 9s spokesman is accused of a heinous crime, Glenn worries that he doesnt know enough about his employees and Dina exploits his concerns by carrying out storewide drug testing. Meanwhile, Amy and Jonah have a fun, flirty day avoiding work and daring each other with a series of pranks; Cheyenne cant stop talking about her baby, which annoys Garrett ; and Mateo continues to look for romance in his ambiguous relationship with Jeff.

5 - Shoplifter

Amys daughter Emma is without childcare and has to come to the store for the day. Unfortunately, this is against store policy, so when Glenn pulls Amy away to help him with a task, Jonah has to keep Amys secret and an eye on Emma. Elsewhere Mateo and Cheyenne fight over a couch that is on sale because an elderly man passed away on it and Dina tries to catch a shoplifter.

5 - Delivery Day

Amy and Dina both head to the hospital to give birth, but Amy has a vastly different delivery experience after discovering her health insurance has limited coverage.

5 - Self-Care

After Glenn has a health scare, Dina takes control of his nutrition and fitness. Jonah and Cheyenne try to get Amy to take a break from working too hard, while Mateo interviews for a new position in the store.

5 - Hair Care Products

After Cloud 9 changes their policy of locking up Black beauty products, the employees are forced to reckon with systemic racism in the store, with Garrett leading the charge. Glenn desperately tries to right the stores wrongs, in misguided ways.

6 - Dog Adoption Day

After new parents Cheyenne and Bo get into a fight, Amy and Glenn take vastly different approaches in giving them advice. Meanwhile, Mateo and Jonah get assigned to handle dog adoptions in the store and work feverishly to get all of the dogs adopted once they find out what will happen to the dogs if they dont. Dina refuses to adjust Garretts timecard based on store rules, leaving Garrett happy to taunt Dina in revenge.

6 - Secret Shopper

When Glenn publicly congratulates Jonah for his superb test results, Amy becomes slightly annoyed and competitive, resulting in a chaotic battle of street smarts vs. book smarts. Meanwhile, the rest of the Cloud 9 team are on the lookout for a secret shopper, determined to be on their best behavior for him.

6 - Health Fund

As Mateo turns to stranger and stranger home remedies for an ear infection, Amy and Jonah decide to offer an alternative to Cloud 9s terrible health insurance plan. Meanwhile, Glenn enlists Dina to help him get medical attention for his own embarrassing condition.

6 - Maternity Leave

Amy learns she has no maternity leave and must return to work two days after giving birth; Jonah and Garrett, convinced they can make a better pick than Glenn, interview applicants for seasonal work.

6 - Trick-or-Treat

Amy amps up the stores Halloween spirit to impress the new district manager, even setting up a haunted house that terrifies Glenn. Jonah collects the last of the union cards. Cheyenne and Mateo wonder if any Cloud 9 employees are capable of murder.

6 - Biscuit

After returning from quarantine, Glenn enlists Cheyenne and Bos help to get Dina to relinquish control. Jonah and Mateo have second thoughts about helping Sandra with her cats medical needs. Garrett struggles with customer returns.

7 - New Initiative

When a new Cloud 9 initiative forces employees to be friendlier to their customers, Amy ends up getting to know Jonahs parents - and learns he hasnt been completely truthful with them. The new policy also inspires Garrett and Dina to find out who can hold a smile longer.

7 - Christmas Eve

Trying to prove how wild she can be, Amy turns a boring Christmas Eve at Cloud 9 into a holiday adventure. Meanwhile, Jonah and Garretts roommate issues boil over; and Glenn tries to prove to Mateo that Christmas is more than just fine.

7 - Halloween Theft

Dina throws a wrench in everyones Halloween plans when something goes missing from the store and declares that no employee can leave until someone confesses to stealing.

7 - Color Wars

Glenn pits the employees against each other in a contest to see who can sell more stuff.

7 - Shoplifter Rehab

Amy, Jonah and Glenn hatch a plan to make Amy look like a tough boss after she loses face in front of the district manager. Dina recruits Mateo to help her run Cloud 9s shoplifter rehabilitation program -- with a few of Dinas personal tweaks.

7 - The Trough

When the employees start to worry about Jonahs emotional state, Mateo, Glenn and Sandra try to help him move on after Amy. Cheyenne is forced to shadow Carol for the day. Garrett helps Dina search for a secret location in the store.

8 - Viral Video

After a Cloud 9 employee posts a controversial video online, Dina enlists Cheyenne to help police the rest of the staffs social media accounts. Meanwhile, Amy learns something about Jonah that drives her to desperately pursue Instagram views, and Glenn suspects Mateo of rewards card fraud.

8 - Election Day

When corporate sends out a voting guide that only benefits the companys interests, Amy and Jonah work together to put out a rival pamphlet until Jonahs personal life gets in the way. Dina and Glenn are stuck in an accidental cover up while Mateo goes to great lengths to hide his undocumented status.

8 - Wedding Day Sale

Cheyenne shops Cloud 9s one-day wedding sale while Amy and Dina search for her missing fiancé.

8 - Managers' Conference

Amy and Jonah get a taste of how the other half lives when they attend a managers conference; Mateo unwittingly reveals a secret about himself; Garrett and Dina face the trials and tribulations of the giftwrapping station.

8 - Toy Drive

Amy and Jonah help Mateo run a toy drive to make him look good for his immigration hearing, but they clash with a competing charity rep. Sandra and Jerry ask Glenn to officiate their wedding despite Dinas protests. Cheyenne gets real with Garrett.

8 - Ground Rules

Jonah finds himself in trouble with Sandra and Glenn when her son, Tony, starts working at Cloud 9. Mateo tries to help Cheyenne be a better floor supervisor. Garrett is unwittingly thrust in the middle of Dinas relationship with Brian the vet.

9 - Seasonal Help

Much to Amys dismay, Glenn hires Amys husband, Adam, for some extra help, exposing her in ways in which she is not prepared. Frustrated with the lazy, noncommittal temps, Jonah and Garrett start an employee draft to place bets on who will quit first while Glenn tries to find the perfect person to play Santa at the store for Christmas.

9 - All-Nighter

Secrets come pouring out after the employees get locked in Cloud 9 overnight.

9 - Golden Globes Party

When Amy throws a party to prove how great shes doing post-divorce, shes forced to enlist Dina and Jonahs help, and Dina ends up making the ultimate sacrifice. Meanwhile, Glenn and his wife Jerusha are forced to conduct some personal business at Amys home.

9 - Shadowing Glenn

Glenn drives Amy crazy with a new, over the top training system. Cheyenne and Mateo brainstorm a new business, while Dina recruits Jonah to help her when she starts second-guessing her own future.

9 - Curbside Pickup

As part of a new corporate initiative Dina is spearheading, the employees have to rush items directly to shoppers cars. Amys brother, Eric, visits and Amy thinks she sees a spark with Mateo. Garrett is impressed by a customers high-tech purchase.

9 - Conspiracy

Glenn is confused by Zephras new store policies and enlists Sandra and Marcus to help figure out whats going on. A memory lapse causes Jonah to question his friendship with Garrett. Cheyenne and Mateo face an unexpected challenge.

10 - High Volume Store

When corporate announces that the store is getting an upgrade, Amy, Jonah and Dina set out to discover the pros and cons. Meanwhile, Cheyenne accidentally volunteers to be Glenns surrogate, and tries to get out of it.

10 - Black Friday

The employees come down with a case of food poisoning on Black Friday, but Amy is frantic when she thinks her nausea may be morning sickness. Meanwhile, Jonah annoys everyone by documenting the day with home video; Glenns demeanor has changed after a trip to the pharmacy; Garrett continues to push Dinas buttons, with surprising results; and Mateo and Cheyenne find a way to turn Black Friday into a lucrative side business.

10 - Demotion

Jonah struggles to tell Dina he doesnt reciprocate her feelings, while Glenn chooses a new assistant manager.

10 - Cloud 9 Academy

Amy and Cheyenne attend Cloud 9 Academy to advance their careers. Dina and Garrett get roped into babysitting Glenns daughter while he childproofs his office, and Jonah and Mateo become political activists.

10 - Negotiations

Jonah and Sandra represent the Cloud 9 employees at union contract negotiations with corporate. Worried about the unions fate, Amy, Dina and Cheyenne distract themselves by looking for the perfect Christmas tree. Mateo, Garrett and Glenn compete to see who can sell an unsellable item.

10 - Depositions

With Carols lawyer at Cloud 9 to depose the employees, Jonah tries to ease Glenns nerves. Mateo enlists Sandras help hiding the details of his work arrangement while Dina grows concerned about Garretts behaviour at customer service.

11 - Angels and Mermaids

Amy finds herself caught in the middle of a conflict between Cheyenne and her ex-convict mom, Brandi. Meanwhile, a personal agreement between Glenn and Dina gets heated when Glenn brings in a lawyer. And when Jonah finds out that Kelly believes in angels, Garretts perfect weekend plans of having the apartment to himself are threatened.

11 - Lost and Found

At the beginning of every year, Cloud 9 employees hold a lost and found bin cleanout to get rid of all the unclaimed items. Amy unknowingly walks away with a huge wad of cash and Jonah is determined to help her find the best use for it.

11 - Labor

After Amy calls corporate to talk about maternity leave for employees, everyone ends up in a frenzy when Ben mentions unions.

11 - Steps Challenge

Corporate introduces a friendly step-tracking challenge between Cloud 9 branches, and Amy, Jonah, and Dina create a fake rivalry to inspire Store #1217s laziest employees. But healthy competition gets increasingly chaotic when the fake rivalry becomes real.

11 - Lady Boss

After Cloud 9s acquisition, Amy struggles to contact the stores new parent company, Sandra enlists Garrett and Dinas help to stand up to Carol, and Glenn wrestles with a big career decision. Meanwhile, Jonah takes up the cause of gender equality.

11 - Deep Cleaning

On the day of Store 1217s first deep cleaning since the pandemic began, Glenn ropes Garrett into throwing a party to cheer up the employees. Dina needs Cheyennes guidance when her ability to run the store is compromised. Jonah tries to help Mateo.

12 - Groundhog Day

Still fresh from her divorce, Amy doesnt feel ready to start dating again; when Mateo tries to set her up with his loser cousin, she gets determined to show everyone she can do better; Dina takes advantage of a medical condition to scam Glenn.

12 - Rebranding

Jeff lets the employees know that Rex, a vice president from corporate, will be coming by the store to help with the rollout for Cloud 9s store-wide rebranding, and it turns out Rex is someone from Jonahs past. Meanwhile, Mateo is stunned to learn of rumors that Jeff is in a relationship with an employee.

12 - Blizzard

With a massive snowstorm beating down on St. Louis and an unsympathetic home office, the Cloud 9 employees and customers get snowed in, leading to escalating tensions and infighting.

12 - Myrtle

Employees wrestle with the loss of beloved co-worker Myrtle… and the fact that she left a large sum of money to Jonah. Cheyenne recruits Mateo in a possible pyramid scheme, while Dina reconnects with a surprise visitor in the store: her father.

12 - Customer Satisfaction

When Jeff returns to push customer satisfaction surveys, Mateo enlists Garretts help to hide his relationship. Dina, Glenn and Cheyennes plan to boost the scores creates new and bigger problems. Jonah tries to convince Sandra to value herself.

13 - Video Game Release

When gamers invade Cloud 9 for the release of a hot new video game, Jonah tries to help Amy secure herself a copy of the game, which takes them on an unexpected adventure. Mateo helps Garrett make a good impression on one of his heroes. Glenn and Sandra try to stand up for themselves with customers and end up instigating a breastfeeding nurse-in.

13 - Ladies' Lunch

During the morning meeting, Glenn accidentally tells the employees the real reason Amy has been late to work lately. Meanwhile, Dina tries to cheer up Amy by kidnapping her for a ladies lunch. Jonah and Garrett invent a game to pass the time, tricking Glenn and Mateo in the process. Cheyenne helps Amy take a fearless step with a dramatic new look.

13 - Lovebirds

Jonah and Amys first Valentines Day together gets derailed when Dina brings her birds to work, which also causes trouble for Garrett. Cheyenne gives Marcus a tattoo. Glenn makes videos for his daughter to watch while hes at work.

13 - Favoritism

Amy tries to make Mateo her new assistant, leading to accusations of favoritism and a group competition in the store. Sandra gets caught in a power struggle between Glenn and Dina, and Jonah attempts to show Garrett that hes still one of the guys.

13 - Lowell Anderson

When the Cloud 9 founders son makes a surprise visit, the employees struggle to accommodate his bold ideas. Garrett helps Dina navigate a tricky situation with Brian. Jonah and Sandra use social media to investigate some worrying news.

14 - Safety Training

When Mateo gets injured, Jonah tries to help him avoid Cloud 9 compensation for fear of his immigration status being revealed. Meanwhile, Amy attempts to convince everyone that she likes Kelly.

14 - Valentine's Day

A well-intentioned Amy and Glenn get caught up in the Valentines Day spirit, quickly learning what happens when you try and force love. Meanwhile, Jonah goes undercover to try to catch a serial shoplifter and Mateo begins to unravel as Sandras relationship with Jeff takes a new turn.

14 - Minor Crimes

Amy jumps at an amazing career opportunity, only to run up against an exec with a major grudge against her. Jonah and Mateo help Glenn with a financial problem, while Garrett and Cheyenne struggle to spend a day without cell phones.

14 - Sandra's Wedding

Sandra and Jerry are getting married! When Jonahs attempt to help the caterers and Dinas obsession with wedding security threaten to derail it all, it falls to Amy to make sure Sandras big day isnt ruined. Garrett struggles with what to say in his Best Man toast, while Mateo finds that starting a new relationship may be more complicated than he thought.

14 - Perfect Store

Some inside information leads the Cloud 9 employees to try to make the store seem perfect for one day.

15 - Amnesty

When Glenn and Dina offer amnesty to all the employees for any bad things they confess, Garrett and Cheyenne try to decide how to take advantage of it. Meanwhile, Jonah and Amy try to defuse an awkward situation that has the whole store gossiping.

15 - Super Hot Store

The storewide heater malfunction magnifies angry tensions between Amy, Jonah and the back warehouse employees after both sides refuse to clean up a spill. Meanwhile, Dina and Garrett find a way to pass the time and Cheyenne helps Glenn through an existential crisis as he tries to fix the heater himself.

15 - Salary

Amy finds herself at odds with her co-workers when some salary numbers get leaked. Dina worries that Jonah is coming between her and Amy. Mateo tries to give himself a promotion. Garrett attempts to sabotage Glenns positive attitude.

15 - Cereal Bar

After Cloud 9 receives a new cereal bar, Amy and Jonah speculate on Zephras ulterior motives. Dina enlists Cheyennes help in dealing with a scammer. Garrett tries to con Glenn into giving him paid time off.

15 - All Sales Final

The employees celebrate the past, present and future of Cloud 9. Series finale.

16 - Target

When Jeff leaves Cloud 9 to work at Target, Garrett leads Glenn to believe that hes poaching other employees to go with him. In return Glenn tries to poach employees from Target. Amy goes on a double date with Dina, and Kelly and Jonah discuss moving in together.

16 - Wellness Fair

When Amy sees Mateo out on a secret date with Jeff, she ignores Garretts advice to stay out of it, and ends up throwing multiple relationships - both real and imagined - into chaos. Meanwhile, Glenn resents Jonah for outshining him during Cloud 9s Wellness Fair, and Dina tries to prove that Amy faked an illness.

16 - Easter

Suspicious that people are making fun of her, Amy and Jonah spy on Cloud 9 employees through the security system. Dina tries to track down an unsanctioned Easter Bunny in the store. Glenn preps for his churchs Passion play.

16 - Employee App

Cloud 9 employees experience unforeseen problems with the new Zephra app. Dinas texts lead to animosity, Glenn struggles to deal with a teen craze, and Jonah attempts to prank Garrett to teach him a lesson.

17 - District Manager

Laurie, the new district manager, visits the store and decides to make some cuts to save money. Amy and Jonah plead with her to not fire anyone and search for other ways to make up the money. Meanwhile, Mateo struggles to prove his skills on the cash register.

17 - Integrity Award

Jonah accompanies Amy on a trip to help her mom and dad move out of her childhood home. Meanwhile, Glenn desperately wants to win the freshly minted Cloud 9 Integrity Award, but starts to worry that Garrett has a better chance of winning; Dina tries to take advantage of Mateos relationship with Jeff to fix problems in the store - including a roach infestation; and Cheyenne gets caught up in Glenns self-serving campaign.

17 - Quinceañera

Jonah struggles to find his place at Amys daughter Emmas quinceañera, while Dina proves very popular with some teenage boys. Cheyenne and Mateo are obsessed with seeing Amy cry.

17 - Zephra Cares

Amy organizes a community service event, but its jeopardized by Jeffs return and Glenns desire to help his co-workers. Meanwhile, Sandra confronts Jonah about his strategy for soliciting donations, and Garrett tries to prove his intelligence to Dina.

18 - Local Vendors Day

When local small businesses set up shop inside Cloud 9, Glenn tries to help his wife Jerusha sell her handmade needlepoint, despite Jonahs concerns that hes pressuring his employees. Meanwhile, Amy doesnt feel Latina enough when a guy flirts with her in Spanish, and Garrett tries to uncover the truth behind a beer vendors product.

18 - Mateo's Last Day

When Mateo faces complications with his transfer to a Cloud 9 Signature store, he becomes desperate to resolve his undocumented status. Meanwhile, Amy helps Glenn battle an Internet troll, Jonah and Cheyenne try to give Mateo legal counsel, and Dina and Garrett take issue with corporate.

18 - Cloud Green

Despite Dinas protests, Amy lets Glenns pastor host an Earth Day booth at the store, but things quickly unravel when Glenn wont recognize Amys authority. Jonah spearheads Cloud 9s green initiative, but is met with apathy from his coworkers.

18 - Playdate

When Amy has to bring her baby to the store, she grows frustrated with peoples criticisms of her parenting and Glenn enlists Jerusha to help. Garrett helps Dina plan her first birthday with her boyfriend. Sandra and Cheyenne hatch a conspiracy theory.

19 - Lottery

As lottery mania sweeps the store, Dina encourages the employees to sell as many tickets as possible; Jonah helps Amy track down the new district manager to lobby for a raise.

19 - Glenn's Kids

Glenn invites all of his kids to the store causing disorder among the employees. Jonah develops a romantic interest in Glenns 25-year-old daughter, and Amy gets caught in the middle. Meanwhile, Garrett, Dina and Cheyenne struggle to keep track of one of the toddlers and Mateo tricks the kids into working for him as he grapples with life after Jeff.

19 - Scanners

Dina agrees to play the bad guy when corporate forces Amy to cut everyones hours. Meanwhile, Jonah and the other employees play an elaborate game of laser tag with the stores new scanners, and Mateo makes a startling discovery about Marcus.

When Carol returns to the store post-suspension, Amy struggles with employees who refuse to work with her. Garrett and Mateo take advantage of the gig economy. Jonah tries to convince Raise the Wage protesters that hes one of them.

20 - Gender Reveal

The store hosts a gender reveal party for Glenn and his wife, Jerusha, just as Dina is freaking out at the realities of having to deliver a baby; Amy receives some unsettling news.

20 - Spring Cleaning

Amy and Garrett embark on an investigation as they sift through abandoned photos during the stores spring cleaning. Meanwhile, Jonah goes out of his way to woo Glenn in hopes of gaining his approval and Cheyennes fiancé starts working at Cloud 9 for some fast cash.

When a photo of a mess at store 1217 goes viral, Amy and Jonah try to use it to their advantage, while Dina starts hunting for the anonymous tweeter. And with money tight now that their hours have been cut back, Mateo, Cheyenne, Garrett, and Glenn sell their personal items in the store.

20 - Customer Safari

Amy joins Jonah for lunch with his parents and brother, but shes caught off guard by their dynamic. Dina worries about being spontaneous when her new boyfriend surprises her at work. Garrett and the others create a game around the stores customers.

21 - Aftermath

Amy and Jonah deal with the consequences of their recent interactions; Glenn and Dina enlist Garretts help to win the store a visit from Cloud 9s CEO.

21 - Cheyenne's Wedding

Its Cheyenne and Bos dream wedding, but not everything goes according to plan. Meanwhile, relationships unravel as Amy and Jonah dodge relationship rumors. Glenn tries to change Jeffs mind after learning of upcoming layoffs, Dina talks her way into the wedding party and Mateo dodges Jeff.

Amy and Dina visit Cloud 9 corporate to fix problems caused by Sandras misguided activism, while Jonah tries to sabotage an employee meeting and Garrett tries to prove to his co-workers that hes a good person.

After Mateo and Cheyenne disagree on the best way to celebrate her 21st birthday, Cheyenne enlists Bos help. Much to Garretts chagrin, Glenn plays matchmaker to help Jerry and Sandra complete their family, and Dina attempts to help Amy keep a big secret from Jonah.

22 - Tornado

Everyone in the store is on edge as Glenn tries to figure out which employees to lay off. Jonah truggles with the fallout of an admission he made to Amy, Garrett and Dina spar, and Mateo forms an alliance to keep his job. Meanwhile, a tornado warning goes into effect at the worst possible time, forcing the staff into uncomfortable pairings.

22 - Town Hall

As the store prepares to host a company-wide Town Hall meeting, Amy and Jonah are forced to put their conflicts aside and rally their co-workers to confront the CEO. Meanwhile Glenn struggles with the pressure of speaking to a global audience.

Amy and Jonah find themselves on opposing sides as corporate tries to win over employees by showering them with treats. But when the companys tactics grow more extreme, everyone must band together to save one of their own.
